The story of Summer and Brandon.Brandon is an eagle shifter. He is looking to gut and restore an old family house.
When the story begins, he is interviewing possible carpenters/fix-it people to help him in exchange for room and board. I am unsure why he thought Summer would be a man…it came as no surprise to me that Summer turned out to be a woman. A woman he was highly attracted to.
The story was fast-paced and short, but very enjoyable. I found the ending very interesting.
I'd be happy to read further stories by this author!

There aren't many Eagle or bird of prey type shifter books,
so this was very refreshing. I enjoyed reading this book.
This book took a little longer to get into nitty gritty but another good read. Love the length as it reads fast.
A cute short story. Brandon and Summer rd are a couple with secrets. The secrets eventually come to the light for the better.

It's a story of two strangers coming together both struggling with who or what they are!
Zoe Chant has penned another gem, that I am sure all will enjoy just as much as I. Brandon and Summer are so good together, and there is something pretty special about a human who is able to teach an eagle to soar!
A short story, but a good story. Not sure if adding to it to make it a longer story would make a better story or less. I do wish there was more though. Maybe something about one of her past friends or her ex getting arrested, something that strengthens the relationship or self confidence of either or both characters.
Shifter romance, environmental activist theme, corporate bad guys, mating sex.
Sometimes dreams do come true and sometimes distance makes the heart yearn stronger. This is a twist on the usual shifter story with cameos from dead relatives that may or may not be talking, but certainly guiding their children. Not all their problems are fixed by the end of the story, but enough for there to be happiness.
